  3. Market your property on our website and through local advertising
  4. Find and introduce potential tenants
  5. Offer you a copy of our comprehensive and easy-to-understand guide for landlords ‘Renting your property in Mallorca’
  6. Obtain credit references for the proposed tenant
  7. Compile an inventory 
  8. Prepare a tenancy agreement and arrange for it to be signed
  9. Check the tenant in at the start of their tenancy 
  10. Hold a deposit from the tenant against damage
  11. Take a closing inventory before the deposit is repaid to the tenant
  12. Liaise between the tenant and yourself during the term of the agreement
  13. Liaise with the tenant regarding renewal or vacation of the property
