7. Promote your property for sale in the UK, through British estate agency networks.
8. Keep in touch, to give you honest and reliable feedback from potential buyers.
9. Be available at any time to discuss the future marketing strategy of your property.
10. Act for you in the final sale of your property to one of our buyers, avoiding unnecessary legal expenses.
11. Assist you with the cancellation of direct debits, standing orders, tax payments and removal arrangements.
